Fileminders Ltd, in cooperation with JCC Payment Systems Ltd, can contribute to the development of your Business Continuity Plan by offering the secure Media Vaulting service. This service includes the collection, transfer and secure storage of media such as Backup Tapes, Hard Drives, CD, DVD, etc in special shock and thermal resistant cases. Data will be saved in a purpose-build vault (Media vault) at JCC’s premises.

Due to their sensitive nature, media used for storing data must be kept in special conditions protected from dust, heat and humidity. JCC’s Media Vault not only ensures these special conditions are met, but also offers 24 x 7 security, certified with the information security standard ISO27001:2005. Furthermore there is continuous monitoring during the transfer via Global Positioning System (GPS) and extensive access controls via security cameras, recording all activities.

The secure Media Vault service includes:

• Secure collection of your storage media from your offices and transfer to the Media Vault.
• Regular rotation according to your schedule (monthly, weekly, daily, etc).
