JCC is seeking to recruit a dynamic individual to fulfill the role of a Technical Analyst to be part of its IT Business Applications & Strategy Department based in Nicosia.

The ideal candidate should be a strong team player and should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills and be able to effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment.

The Technical Analyst should be able to translate business needs into technical solution design and delivery and be able to relate technological aspects of the requirements with the functional/business requirements of JCC’s Digital channels and mainly for the E-Commerce Payment Gateway.

 

Job Duties:

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand their business needs.
  • Design high performance technical solutions based on business requirements.
  • Convert the business requirements into technical solution documents and interface with vendors to explain the technical details of the solution.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple requests, projects, and activities typically working under pressure.
  • Manage projects relating to the digital channels from technology perspective including requirement gathering, implementation, testing, production deployment and post-production support.
  • Develop comprehensive end-to-end test cases and execute testing at data, interface and application levels to confirm that these are designed in accordance with the solution.

 

Qualifications/ Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in the field of Computer Science / Engineering, Information Technology or Business Information systems or related field.
  • Previous experience in similar role.
  • Experience in Card Payment industry and specifically in E-Commerce Payment Gateway will be considered as a strong advantage.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Excellent planning, reporting, problem solving and organization skills.
  • Ability to quickly absorb technical concepts and effectively communicate them to a non-technical audience.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects/systems simultaneously.
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal and relationship skills.
  • Excellent spoken and written Greek and English communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge in writing SQL scripts.
  • Basic knowledge of programming languages will be considered as advantage.

Job duties

  1. Present JCC’s products and Services. Building strong client relationships to maintain existing business and acquire new customers
  2. Regular visits to existing and new customers to sign co-operation agreements or change details, to explain charges as well as to be informed about the correct and legal process of accepting credit cards.
  3. Negotiate contracts with clients
  4. Manage to solve any problems, monitors trends and developments and makes suggestions on systems / needs / upgrades that interest the customer, in order to continuously improve the company’s customer relationships.
  5. Keep up with trends, changes and competition in order to strategically identify and target sales opportunities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or in Business related field.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Sales

JCC Payment Systems Ltd is seeking to recruit a dynamic individual to fulfil the role of a Call Center Agent for its Customer Contact and Support Department based in Nicosia.

The ideal candidate should be a strong team player and a quick learner and be able to deliver a superior customer experience in a fast-paced, demanding and highly regulated environment.

The Call Center Agent will ensure timely and accurate resolution to customer inquiries and issues in accordance with the organization’s service standards.

Job Duties:

  • Respond to incoming contacts in an efficient, timely and professional manner

The Trust Services Technical Analyst is responsible for the development and management of technologies for the Trust Services area.

The role is a hands-on infrastructure, application and service support role and the candidate will work directly on the service technologies including Public Key Infrastructure, software applications and related technologies.

The responsibilities include requirements gathering and definition, technical design and specification, testing, coordination, implementation support and break / fix of the technical services.

You will interpret internal/external business challenges and best practices to recommend improvements to products, processes or services.

 

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Gain a deep technical understanding on PKI architecture (Certificate Authority, Registration Authority, Remote Key Management) in order to develop it effectively and assist on how to incorporate new technologies
  • Evaluate all PKI architecture and develop required presentations and white papers for all technical processes and issues
  • Coordinate with all software vendors and JCC Support Engineers to perform investigations on all application issues and provide effective resolutions
  • Administer all Trust Services systems and recommend efficient modifications to systems to improve efficiency and reduce cost of all operations and determine appropriate procedures for all the technologies and assist in all equipment configurations
  • Participate in integration tests as defined in the test specifications, including event logging and reporting of results
  • Project lead for production hardware setup, configuration and software deployment, security configurations, infrastructure testing, and license installations
  • Analyze all business requirements and recommend appropriate applications and technology solutions and design all data flow charts and diagrams
  • Coordinate with all business and IT partners and analyze all business requirements of clients and provide resolutions for all business and IT associate issues
  • Coordinate with infrastructure and operations departments and maintain compliance to all applicable regulations and provide solutions for process optimization

JCC Payment Systems Ltd is seeking to recruit a dynamic individual to fulfil the role of a Cyber Security Analyst for its Technology Infrastructure department based in Nicosia.

The ideal candidate should be a strong team player, possess strong analytical skills and be able to effectively multitask in a fast-paced, demanding and highly regulated environment. The Cyber Security Analyst will ensure that the day-to-day activities related to security monitoring and incident response run smoothly. Will coordinate urgent and complex incidents and ensure that appropriate countermeasures are taken in a timely manner.

 

Job Duties:

  • Manage JCC’s SIEM solution and configure correlation rules on the system.
  • Manage other security systems such as EDR, File Integrity Monitoring etc
  • Monitor and analyse logs/alerts/reports from various systems and applications to identify threats and baseline deviations
  • Manage/investigate alerts, report security incidents and coordinate to ensure their timely resolution
  • Ensure Security Operations Centre (SOC) is up to date with the latest changes to JCC’s environment
  • Seek, analyse and use cyber threat intelligence from vendors, 3rd party vulnerability announcements, and other intelligence feeds to identify and evaluate current and emerging security risks
  • Report current and emerging security risks to Information Security Function
  • Performs proactive threat hunting
  • Lead and execute the vulnerability assessment to identify weaknesses, assess the effectiveness of existing controls and recommend remediation actions to the responsible stakeholders
  • Works with Information Security Function to define the scope of the penetration tests with external vendors

Required skills/qualifications: 

  • Network traffic analysis tools such as Wireshark, TCPDump etc
  • Basic understanding of Windows, Active Directory, Linux, TCP/IP networking and security best practices
  • Understanding of internet protocols such as HTTP, SMTP, DNS, SSL/TLS etc
  • Experience with vulnerability scanning tools
  • Experience in log analytics/SIEM tools
  • Experience in cyber security controls (such as NG Firewalls, IPS, Email/Web security, Web application firewalls, EDR/NDR, DLP etc)
  • Analytical and critical thinking with attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and able to work under minimal supervision
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working in SOC or other Cybersecurity field

Nice to have skills/qualifications:

  • Experience with commercial or opensource Threat Analysis tools
  • Programming (i.e., Python, Bash, C)
  • Experience in Ethical hacking/Penetration testing
  • Web application security
  • Computer forensics/Malware analysis
  • Security related Qualifications (CISSP, GCIH, CEH, OSCP)

Academic Qualifications:

  • Computer Science/Engineering or Cyber/Information Security degree or equivalent work experience
  • Master’s Degree in Information Security related field will be considered an advantage.
